Job Summary

Build internal platforms and AI-enabled tooling that make high-quality software delivery the default. Own key parts of the Platform roadmap, create developer productivity frameworks, and implement CI quality gates to prevent production issues. Develop automation utilities for reporting and observability, embed AI-assisted workflows (test generation, flake detection, smarter triage), and partner with Product Engineering, SRE/Platform, and Security. Mentor engineers and lead through reusable libraries and strong engineering standards.

•Own and drive key parts of the Platform roadmap from problem discovery through rollout and adoption.
•Build developer productivity tools and frameworks that scale quality across teams.
•Design and implement CI quality gates (unit/integration/API/contract/E2E) and reliability improvements to prevent production issues.
•Build automation utilities, reporting, and observability platforms to reduce engineering toil and improve confidence.
•Embed AI-assisted workflows (test generation, test data generation, failure analysis, flake detection, regression recommendations, smarter triage) and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product Engineering, SRE/Platform, and Security teams.

•8+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, preferably in SaaS/product engineering.
•Strong system design, APIs, code quality, scalability, and reliability fundamentals.
•Deep proficiency in at least one high-level language such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Python.
•Strong understanding of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, developer workflows, branching/release strategies, PR checks, and build pipelines.
•Hands-on AI experience using LLMs/AI agents or building AI-powered tooling with prompting, evaluation, guardrails, and automation integration.
