Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commercial advice and develop commercial solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with key stakeholders to address requirements and risks.
  • •Contribute to bid and proposal activities, including preparation of commercial elements and participation in management reviews.
  • •Interpret and advise on customer procurement policy and regulations, company policy, and contract requirements to inform decision-making.
  • •Act as a point of contact for customer and supplier interfaces during all phases of contract performance and the program life-cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •A Degree in Business, Commerce or Law, with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • •Trained in commercial, projects, procurement, or technology contracts.
  • •Provide commercially minded contract and stakeholder engagement to inform decision-making.
  • •Interested in moving closer to business and decision-making.
  • •Applicants must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to Negative Vetting 1 level.
