Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end account creation experience — from a member's first touch through a verified, activated account — across web and mobile, including the sign-up UI, authentication, and account security
  • •Optimize the activation funnel by defining and improving sign-up conversion and time-to-activation through experimentation, funnel analysis, and systematically removing friction and drop-off
  • •Personalize onboarding so members reach value faster, tailoring the experience to eligibility, plan type, and member context
  • •Lead account security and fraud prevention — authentication, account recovery, and protecting members' health data — without adding unnecessary friction
  • •Coordinate SSO integrations with enterprise clients and internal teams, ensuring a secure, low-friction sign-on experience

Key Requirements
