•Develop new features and enhance existing solutions for the Healthie platform while ensuring high quality in production systems.
•Take ownership of feature development from concept through deployment to keep the platform robust and scalable.

•Provide technical leadership by guiding engineers, participating in code reviews, and mentoring junior team members.
•Lead technical projects and help teams adopt AI-enabled, automation-driven engineering practices to improve velocity and quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years shipping Rails applications in production, with experience working in monolithic, service-oriented, or microservice architectures.
•Proficiency with Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis, with hands-on experience managing production stacks in Ruby and Rails.
•Strong operational excellence in coding standards, refactoring, schema design, and Domain-Driven Design to write scalable, maintainable code.
•Experience with testing frameworks like RSpec and Capybara, including writing unit and higher-level tests.
•Technical leadership skills to guide engineers through delivery, including code reviews, cross-functional project planning, and mentoring.
