Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform table maintenance duties according to venue (HOB) service standards.
  • •Complete opening, running, and closing duties per HOB service standards.
  • •Respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously and politely.
  • •Maintain line of sight/atmosphere by circulating through the work area throughout the shift and keeping the floor clear.
  • •Clean spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
