Key Responsibilities

•Maintain tables and perform opening, running, and closing duties according to HOB service standards.
•Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous, polite manner.
•Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout the shift.
•Keep the floor neat and clean by removing food, trash, and obstacles; clean spills and use floor signs to caution guests and staff.
•Stock lines to par, stay current on standard operating procedures and menu items, follow private party guidelines, assist other employees, and work special events as scheduled.

Key Requirements

•Perform high volume kitchen operations and support food service in a fast-paced environment as an expeditor or server.
•Use exceptional communication skills with guests and team members.
•Demonstrate strong time management and a sense of urgency under stressful conditions.
•Follow kitchen sanitation standards and maintain safe, organized work practices.
•Have a high school diploma.
