Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the ISSM with operational security for assigned information systems and provide day-to-day security support for SCI and SAP activities.
  • •Prepare, review, and update authorization packages, including developing and maintaining authorization documentation.
  • •Implement configuration management across authorization boundaries and perform security impact analysis for proposed changes to hardware, software, or firmware.
  • •Conduct periodic compliance reviews, support recovery processes to ensure security features function correctly, and ensure security documentation is current and accessible.
  • •Identify vulnerabilities, assist with countermeasures, execute cyber self-inspection activities, and prepare reports on the status of security safeguards and audit records.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of related experience, including developing RMF packages or body of evidence.
  • •Ability to work in Special Access Programs (SAPs) and support DoD agency environments.
  • •Hold an active TS/SCI clearance and be able to obtain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Meet IAT Level II / IAM Level II requirements (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security) within 6 months of hire; relevant security certifications such as GSEC and GIAC are expected.
