Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own significant Electron application areas, including process architecture, native integrations, web-to-desktop interfaces, and lifecycle.
  • •Own Chromium runtime configuration and integration, including build settings, runtime flags, upgrades, feature enablement, and compatibility analysis.
  • •Design and implement Windows native integrations, including hardware discovery, process management, application protocols, GPU preference, and enterprise desktop behavior.
  • •Contribute to architecture, reliability, security design, troubleshooting strategy, engineering standards, and long-term maintainability of the platform.
  • •Lead moderately complex to complex features end-to-end, diagnose complex runtime/security/performance issues, maintain shared interfaces, and mentor other engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • •Strong software development with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
  • •Experience building Electron applications, Chromium-based applications, native desktop software, or comparable systems-level platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of application architecture, asynchronous programming, security, and software lifecycle management.
  • •Ability to independently deliver complex features end-to-end and troubleshoot across multiple components using modern engineering practices.
