•Standardize operating processes and prepare for new policies, ensuring processes align with system capabilities and driving improvements.
•Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
•Coordinate cross-functional and external collaboration to ensure timely, compliant product delivery and achievement of planning timelines.
•Manage and mentor two functional teams, coordinate network adjustments, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
•Typically requires 5 years of functional experience.
•Experience managing individual contributors and a department, or acting as a lead.

•Ability to travel occasionally (10%).
