Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for ML tools and workflows that accelerate the end-to-end pricing R&D process.
  • •Partner with researchers to shape platform needs across data readiness, feature engineering, model fitting, serving, diagnostics, and monitoring.
  • •Design architecture and versioned contracts connecting data, features, models, and production pricing to keep the platform reproducible and coherent.
  • •Automate end-to-end workflows, including using LLM technology for agentic data science workflow automation.
  • •Write and review critical code, mentor senior engineers, and set standards for reliability, observability, reproducibility, and correctness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 188,800 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience designing and delivering business-critical ML or similarly complex distributed systems.
  • •Architectural ownership of production ML infrastructure (e.g., feature pipelines/stores, training orchestration, model registries, model serving, or research-to-production).
  • •Strong system design for reliable, scalable distributed data processing with clear interfaces between systems.
  • •Experience ensuring reproducibility, lineage/versioning, training-serving consistency, and production correctness.
  • •Proficiency with Python and modern ML/data tooling, with strong written and verbal communication across teams.
