Key Responsibilities

•Own deployments end-to-end across UAT, pre-production, and production, coordinating release readiness and securing final sign-off.
•Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to streamline shipping to AWS, including rolling releases and rollback mechanisms.
•Manage database deployments for each release by propagating schema and data changes consistently across customer databases.
•Monitor API observability dashboards (CloudWatch, SigNoz) and triage issues to the appropriate development teams.
•Evolve manual deployment processes into automated, gated pipelines with pre/post-deployment validation; contribute infrastructure-as-code changes (Terraform) and support cross-functional change management.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
•Strong working knowledge of the AWS ecosystem (compute, networking, IAM, storage, monitoring).
•Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps experience is a strong plus.
•Scripting proficiency in at least one of: PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and experience modernizing deployment processes into automated CI/CD across dev/UAT/pre-prod/production.
