•Coach and manage part-time Sales Leads and Sales Associates, training them on advanced sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand standards.
•Manage daily operations including weekly scheduling, ensuring optimal customer coverage and payroll efficiency.
•Oversee inventory management (replenishment, cycle counts, backstock accuracy) and loss prevention practices.
•Ensure compliance with Pandora and Macy’s operational, security, POS, and loss prevention policies; support hiring with the District Sales Manager and participate in interviews/onboarding.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally fashion/luxury/jewelry.
•Proven ability to communicate with care, connect with people at all levels, and deliver strong customer experiences.
•Business acumen and analytical thinking to achieve positive results and meet sales targets.
•Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems; must be 18+ and provide proof of eligibility to work.
