Executive/ Senior Executive, Claims (Reimbursement)

Process and review medical/health reimbursement claims within defined authority limits while ensuring accurate claim settlement and on-time payment according to turnaround time and service standards. Manage day-to-day hospital admission and discharge guarantee facilities operations, support a helpline for reimbursement enquiries, and respond to customer questions promptly. Contribute to departmental projects that improve efficiency and productivity, and step in to cover other team members when needed.
