Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute sourcing strategies for AI Server commodities, including RFx processes, negotiation planning, supplier selection, and long-term agreement execution.
  • •Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization through should-cost analyses, cost-reduction initiatives, and value engineering.
  • •Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance using scorecards, business reviews, and capacity planning for quality, delivery, and technology requirements.
  • •Ensure supply risk mitigation and business continuity with dual/multi-source strategies, demand-supply balancing, and market intelligence assessments.
  • •Enable technology roadmap alignment by evaluating emerging AI components and influencing supplier innovation investment.

Salary: USD 136,850 - 177,100

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within hardware, semiconductor, or server/data center environments.
  • •Proven experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization for high-complexity components in supply-constrained markets.
  • •Strong knowledge of server architectures and commodity landscapes to interpret market trends, allocation dynamics, and technology roadmaps.
  • •Excellent analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and proficiency in collaboration and sourcing tools to track performance metrics.
  • •Strong written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and global supplier partners.
