Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive technical training program for manufacturing roles, creating structured learning paths to upskill employees.
  • •Directly train employees on core manufacturing processes (sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, electrical component assembly, switchgear integration) and teach SOPs and safety protocols.
  • •Develop engaging training materials (video tutorials, manuals, hands-on exercises) and maintain training records, certifications, and completion data.
  • •Implement skill assessment through practical tests and certifications to recognize achievements and support internal mobility.
  • •Collaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps, measure training effectiveness, and align with Corporate Learning & Development initiatives.

Key Requirements
