Key Responsibilities

•Guard, patrol, and/or monitor venue premises to prevent theft, violence, and rule violations.
•Monitor and authorize entrance and departure to maintain security and prevent theft.
•Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent prohibited items from restricted areas.
•Patrol and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates; warn and apprehend/evict violators as needed.
•Provide guest-facing support as an usher, greeter, or ticket taker (scan tickets, answer questions, resolve issues, assist guests during events).

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
•Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit; lift and carry 25 lbs.+.
