Lead propulsion subsystem and component development for the X-BAT vehicle, overseeing cradle-to-grave hardware design, integration, and testing. Manage a multidisciplinary propulsion team, coordinate with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and flight test organizations, and own technical reviews, planning, and root-cause investigations to deliver high-temperature, high-vibration propulsion hardware.
