You’ll guide customers through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications while delivering clear, honest, customer-first communication. This trainee role includes paid training and mentorship, preparing you to succeed in auto sales and grow into future leadership. You’ll also complete accurate transaction documentation and maintain an organized, policy-compliant workplace.
