Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale the EMEA AI/ML professional services team through hiring, mentoring, and building team structure for long-term growth and execution at scale.
  • •Develop and expand executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor during complex technical engagements and AI transformations.
  • •Align with Field Engineering and Sales leaders on joint strategies for strategic accounts and ensure delivery coordination across functions.
  • •Lead strategic AI professional services initiatives, practice development, and standardized delivery processes, designing scalable engagement models for repeatability.
  • •Own OKRs for AI-services-led accounts, including revenue, utilisation, and public references, while representing Databricks as a thought leader.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience managing, hiring, and building teams of high-performing data scientists/ML engineers, including scaling organizations via scalable processes.
  • •Ability to scope, guide, and sell technical engagements while managing escalations and ensuring successful delivery in enterprise environments.
  • •Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science with a strong drive to stay up to date in the field.
  • •Experience leading teams building production ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • •Proven success developing strategy with senior executive stakeholders and delivering program-level goals aligned to technical vision.
