Operations Analyst

Manage and coordinate insurance policy placements and endorsements by validating client documents, staying current on insurer documentation requirements, and escalating issues early. Track daily compliance and turnaround times using a Salesforce placement/endorsement dashboard, ensure accurate records across clients/operations/insurers, and submit policies through insurer portals and email. Work cross-functionally with internal team leaders and external insurer partners to keep processes on schedule.
