•Own the capital budget approval process and evolve a historical cost database to support future estimates and benchmarking.
•Design and implement project approval processes, change order management systems, and project charter templates.
•Develop reporting templates, executive communication/presentation materials, KPIs, and cost-loaded CPM schedules using standard tools.
•Provide oversight of PMO staff performance rhythm and occasionally set up PMIS for new projects.

Salary: USD 143,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction management or project controls.
•Advanced Excel proficiency, including building models others can easily use.
•Strong PowerPoint proficiency to communicate complex data to executives.
•Ability to communicate with executives clearly and concisely.
•Willingness to travel 10% of the time (international travel included) and must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
