Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise assigned staff for the Coiled Tubing Product Service Line (PSL) within a Natural Work Area (NWA) (District).
  • •Supervise employees engaged in delivery of PSL services and products.
  • •Supervise multi-shift coiled tubing projects and technically demanding well intervention projects.
  • •Lead employee behavior and competency through mentoring and development to achieve PSL service quality and HSE performance.
  • •Assist FSQC/PDC with progressive discipline and complete performance evaluations for assigned staff under their direction.

  • •Exceptional skills within the coiled tubing service line and general understanding of other service functions.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with others in the context of oil field service work.
  • •Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices, and guidelines.
