Job Summary

Supervise staff within the Coiled Tubing Product Service Line (PSL) across a Natural Work Area, managing multi-shift coiled tubing and well intervention projects under broad direction. Lead service quality and HSE performance through mentoring, competency development, and performance evaluations. Partner with Field Service Quality and Performance Development coordinators, champion customer and company HSE initiatives, and provide technical expertise and solutions to customers while supporting implementation of new technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise assigned staff for the Coiled Tubing Product Service Line (PSL) within a Natural Work Area (NWA) (District).
•Supervise employees engaged in delivery of PSL services and products.
•Supervise multi-shift coiled tubing projects and technically demanding well intervention projects.
•Lead employee behavior and competency through mentoring and development to achieve PSL service quality and HSE performance.
•Assist FSQC/PDC with progressive discipline and complete performance evaluations for assigned staff under their direction.

Key Requirements

•Exceptional skills within the coiled tubing service line and general understanding of other service functions.
•Ability to communicate effectively with others in the context of oil field service work.
•Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices, and guidelines.
•Exceptional knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods, and processes.
•Undergraduate degree required, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
