Store Manager - UGG

Lead store operations within the district by coordinating people development, sales, payroll, inventory, and budgets with the District Manager. Drive superior customer service and improve sales through staff management, merchandising standards, and awareness of local retail trends. Own key controls such as receiving/cash handling and Loss Prevention to minimize shrink, and support training standards to strengthen both product and systems expertise.
