Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical pre-sales across opportunities and accounts, demonstrating product and underlying architecture.
  • •Partner with Account Executives to address technical and business objections and deliver consultative solutions.
  • •Support the sales process, including discovery, demos, Proofs of Concept (POCs), RFP responses, and business justification.
  • •Develop custom search applications and prototypes/integrations using Algolia’s ecosystem tools and APIs.
  • •Relay customer interests, needs, and product feedback to Product and Engineering to improve customer success and onboarding.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 77,000 - 96,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Italian and English.
  • •3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in SaaS.
  • •Previous software development experience using one or more of: JavaScript, TypeScript, React; Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C.
  • •Experience developing or working with data formats and data transformation.
  • •Strong oral and written communication and the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities with attention to detail.
