Geotechnical Engineer

Support mine tailings, geotechnical, and heavy civil infrastructure projects as part of AECOM’s Mining group. Perform geotechnical evaluations for material characterization, liquefaction, seepage, slope stability, and settlement, and help prepare calculation packages, reports, drawings, and specifications. Plan and oversee geotechnical exploration programs with significant field time, develop laboratory testing assignments, and prepare instrumentation monitoring reports while presenting results to internal teams.
