Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the customer adoption lifecycle from onboarding through full production maturity as the single accountable owner.
  • •Plan and lead QBRs/EBRs with analyst, director, and CISO-level stakeholders, translating technical usage into security outcomes and business value.
  • •Serve as an Anomali Platform power user—provide technical advice, resolve issues, and ensure successful usage and adoption.
  • •Monitor usage and track key account metrics; surface expansion and renewal risk signals to CSM/AE partners.
  • •Partner with Onboarding Engineers, Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product to address customer requests and promote feature feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (additional 3 years relevant experience may substitute).
  • •5+ years in a technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar role, preferably in SaaS/technology and cybersecurity.
  • •Demonstrated ability presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO) and running QBRs/ERs tied to business outcomes.
  • •Experience with enterprise accounts, SecOps, and threat intelligence.
  • •Expertise with at least one SIEM product (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight), including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
