Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure all gates and buildings and patrol the premises, sounding alarms and notifying authorities in emergencies
  • •Verify only authorized individuals enter and that vehicles are authorized to exit; check gate passes and departing vehicles for theft prevention
  • •Greet customers at the gate and resolve complaints in a friendly, prompt manner
  • •De-escalate difficult situations and collaborate to ensure positive outcomes with partners
