Job Summary

Deliver on-site implementations of modern Red Hat platform technologies for enterprise customers. Serve as a subject matter expert across app development, infrastructure, and cloud needs—designing, deploying, and testing automated containerized platforms with OpenShift, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps CI/CD and GitOps workflows. Manage end-to-end delivery including architecture definition, training, documentation, and post-engagement results, while coordinating across technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement automated, containerized cloud application platforms covering networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, high availability, and resilience.
•Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site to address technical, development, and strategic IT requirements.
•Lead end-to-end activities including problem identification, system architecture, software specification and design, implementation, testing, training, and deployment of enterprise open source solutions.
•Deliver quality on time and within scope for assigned projects, including maintaining project journals, status reports, and standard documentation.
•Support other consultants, associates, and partners in developing best practices and methods based on OpenShift and related technologies.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders on development and deployment projects.
•Knowledge implementing and deploying container technologies in enterprise settings, including highly customized and air-gapped environments.
•Demonstrated experience with Platform-as-a-Service and container technologies such as Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
•Demonstrated experience with Ansible and automation (Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform).
•Ability to code in at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java) and to quickly learn new technologies.
