Key Responsibilities

•Lead Agile Release Train (ART) execution for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), partnering with senior leadership to define strategy and drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption
•Facilitate all ART level ceremonies, including Program Increment Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of Program Increments (PIs)
•Orchestrate and align cross-functional teams in the Agile Release Train across functional and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery
•Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product management, system architects, and system integrators to prioritize program backlogs and align deliverables with strategic business objectives
•Coordinate across ARTs, ensuring clear communication of objectives, dependencies, and priorities between ARTs and with the Solution Train leadership
