Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sound and Music teams and oversee finance support across Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development studio teams.
  • •Partner with budget owners and business leaders to identify risks/opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and influence outcomes.
  • •Create executive-level reporting that explains financial performance, variance drivers, and recommended actions.
  • •Own cost allocation methodology, rate-setting, and related processes to plan, track, and allocate costs to titles and initiatives.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop a team while driving standardization, automation, and process improvements across planning and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •People management/leadership experience coaching and developing finance professionals.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced finance certifications are a plus.

  • •Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills.
