Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver technically robust client configurations and ensure every deployment is correctly scoped and aligned before going live.
  • •Own configuration quality end-to-end and improve reliability with no fragile workarounds.
  • •Optimize agent performance using structured iteration and analysis of performance metrics for voice and communication flows.
  • •Act as the technical counterpart to clients by participating in meetings, explaining architecture and trade-offs, and setting expectations.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Engineering to raise structured product feedback and design scalable, reusable solutions.
