MPIM Manager

Drive short- and long-term demand forecasting for a top brand within the MPIM team, using analytical and statistical data to estimate product demand and plan replenishment. Lead monthly consensus meetings with commercial, merchandising, and supply teams; monitor product performance; and support cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and address discontinued items. Manage demand and supply issues, variances, and KPI analysis (forecast accuracy, fill rate, excess/obsolete) through rolling forecast cycles.
