Job Summary

Own SAP Quality Management (QM) solution delivery within the Connected FSQ Portfolio team, acting as subject matter expert and leading AM support processes (service requests, incidents, enhancements). Coordinate program tickets and transport releases, lead deployments and projects, and develop global template improvements with functional specification and documentation ownership. Lead a team of SAP analysts, validate training materials, and contribute to design confirmation and reference groups while planning resources and maintaining ICT BCP plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as subject matter expert for SAP Quality Management within scope ownership and AM support.
•Coordinate and manage AM support (service requests, incident reviews, minor enhancements) and program ticket closure.
•Prepare functional specifications for RICEFWs and support peer review, ensuring high-quality release documentation.
•Lead and support deployments and projects on QM, helping design/build/test/deploy the global QM template.
•Lead a team of SAP analysts, contribute to reference groups, validate training materials, and maintain ICT BCP plans.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in ICT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Experience in a similar solution/operations role, including delivering manufacturing and quality solutions.
•Previous experience with SAP, specifically the QM module.
•Experience with ERP deployment lifecycle activities (design, configuration, test, data conversion, implementation).
•Experience preparing process/functional design workshop and documentation artifacts, including functional design documents and test scripts.
