Job Summary

Join the Value Engineering team to drive and close customer opportunities by translating business pain points into proof-of-value projects and data-driven use cases on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You’ll analyze customer data, quantify financial impact, and present findings to C-level stakeholders. Partner with sales, customers, and partners to pitch Celonis AI capabilities and align solutions to customer AI strategies for the DACH market.

•Analyze customer data to increase transparency in business processes.
•Translate customer pain points into actionable use cases on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
•Collaborate with customers and partners to uncover core challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help achieve business objectives.
•Quantify financial impact of implemented use cases and prepare management-ready presentations.
•Present findings to customers’ C-level and decision makers and pitch Celonis AI value proposition aligned to customers’ AI strategy.

Key Requirements

•Be enrolled as a student in Business Informatics, Management & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable program.
•Strong communication skills with interest in interacting with potential customers.
•Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
•Passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and LLMs, and the impact they can have.
•Knowledge of SQL and Python (or related database query languages).
•Business-fluent in German and English and available full-time for at least five months starting October/November 2026.
