Job Summary

Lead strategic mature asset development initiatives by coordinating subsurface, surface, and commercial excellence across multiple product lines and cross-functional teams. Establish a field management plan that aligns field development principles with integrated solutions across OFSE and IET, securing high-value projects while driving unified client solutions. Partner with engineering, sales, commercial, operations, finance, and third-party partners, manage risks, set KPIs, and mentor teams to support scalable growth.

•Drive a field development approach that delivers value to both operator and service provider within the contractual framework.
•Integrate engineering across subsurface to surface with product lines and cross-functional teams to deliver unified client solutions.
•Develop and implement strategies to secure high-value field management or integrated solutions projects aligned with long-term goals.
•Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, internal teams, and executive leadership to ensure project success.
•Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams; identify integration/delivery risks, define KPIs, and report progress to drive continuous improvement.

•Proven ability integrating multiple product lines or business functions within a large organization.
•Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial/strategic thinking skills.
