Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and publish proprietary equity research content with stock recommendations (Buy/Hold/Sell) for institutional buy-side clients.
  • •Conduct due diligence and deliver industry expertise for capital markets equity transactions, including critical due diligence execution.
  • •Initiate C-suite corporate access for institutional equity clients, including non-deal roadshows, conferences, field trips, bus tours, and conference calls.
  • •Produce independent industry assessments and company-specific research reports, supporting strategy and objectives for the designated business area.
  • •Accumulate client votes for the STRH platform, mentor and coach junior staff, and set and coach risk management standards while holding the team accountable.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree.
  • •Licenses required: SIE and the 7 Top Off (or Series 7 for those licensed prior to October 2019), Series 63, Series 87, and either Series 86 or a FINRA waiver for those who completed CFA II.
  • •Minimum 10 years of related work experience.
  • •Proven domain expertise and thought leadership in the industry, including strong relationships with senior-level institutional buy-side clients and C-level corporate executives.
  • •Advanced analytical and technical skills with experience executing due diligence for capital markets transactions, plus clear communication of complex ideas.
