Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Rotorcraft Supply Chain Management as the interface between Programme and Supply Chain, including Programme drumbeat meetings
  • •Coordinate tasks across SCM areas (supplier management/procurement, supply chain operations, demand forecasting, asset management)
  • •Lead Additional Tasking supply chain workstreams from initial (PPoA) through execution to delivery
  • •Review new customer proposals, assess supply chain impacts, and develop SOWs and Labour Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
  • •Execute and report on change, including SAP spares requirements, risk/mitigation plans, and task metrics/status at programme reviews

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a supply chain role
  • •Experience using inventory management tools or ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • •Highly developed numeracy, analytical, and reporting skills with strong attention to detail
  • •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks from proposal preparation through execution, including proposal prep and writing SOWs and labour BOEs
