  • •Plan crew routes based on schedule and duty rules.
  • •Optimize the crew roster for maximum productivity while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
  • •Manage roster fatigue and support crew wellbeing.
  • •Lead process and system improvement initiatives and manage cross-functional projects with relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with AIMS Crew and Ops systems is required.
  • •Knowledge of working rules, limitations, and rest requirements.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Knowledge of crew scheduling regulations and systems.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
