Key Responsibilities

  • •Advance event operations and administration, including pre-event planning, load in/out, and execution.
  • •Coordinate event logistics with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Feld Consumer Products, Routing & Tours, Track Construction).
  • •Supervise and manage event staff and performers, ensuring safety requirements for employees, performers, and spectators.
  • •Oversee budgets and payroll submissions, explaining variances and ensuring production quality standards are met.
  • •Call and negotiate with vendors as needed; mediate work-related disputes in coordination with HR when appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree (A.A.) or three+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
  • •Thorough understanding of motor sports and live event show operations.
  • •Experience working with and managing large groups/events (crews up to 40+ and higher with local labor).
  • •Highly developed organizational, communication, negotiation, financial, and time management skills.
  • •Ability to travel internationally and domestically 50% of the time; valid driver’s license and passport; lift 50 pounds.
