Key Responsibilities

•Contract Review and Analysis: Examine routine contract terms to ensure compliance and identify risks, proposing clauses or escalating issues as needed.
•Agreements Review: Redline routine agreements including NDAs, teaming, bailment, and other external documents.
•Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage execution, track performance periods and contract data in CMS, maintain records for compliance and audits.
•Contract Closeout: Initiate and complete closeout procedures, verify deliverables and final payments, ensure files are complete.
•Payments & Data Requests: Investigate invoicing issues and respond to data calls; collaborate with Legal, Finance, Growth, Quality, and Procurement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
•2-4 years of experience in a contract administration, paralegal, or procurement role.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
