Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single point of contact for projects, providing regular stakeholder updates and supporting closure.
  • •Ensure SLA/KPIs are met on time and maintain timely updating of process documentation.
  • •Monitor exceptions actively and report them promptly.
  • •In the absence of TL/SM, organize the team’s work: assign tasks, set short-term priorities, check activities, and ensure completion.
  • •Resolve unusual and complex operational problems by maintaining technical knowledge of trade/settlement operations, while building strong relationships with middle office and team members.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience as a Senior Analyst (relevant work experience in Financial Services Industry is encouraged).
  • •A graduate from any discipline, with a preferred Commerce background.
  • •Strong understanding of the Trade life cycle and knowledge of Asset Servicing and its role in the financial services industry.
  • •Awareness of market-wide risk and compliance policies such as AML, Information Security, and BCP.
  • •Flexibility to work in shifts and/or on a rotational basis.
