Key Responsibilities

  • •Rapidly deploy new NAND dry etch process technologies and drive development efforts prior to device ramp.
  • •Define and complete effective actions to meet key achievements and required performance within timelines.
  • •Perform complex dry etch process development tasks, including evaluation of dry etch tool performance, analysis of process windows, and refinement of dry etch recipes.

  • •Ability to develop production-worthy technologies and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • •Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • •Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE), and comfort with analysis software tools.
