Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Deliver consultative financial solutions, support team sales efforts, and refer more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train to perform teller transactions, advise on consumer lending and loan applications, and maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines and ongoing sales and product training.
