Key Responsibilities

  • •Earn piece-rate pay and participate in an unlimited commission plan.
  • •Train on industry-leading products and apply that knowledge to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home systems.
  • •Manage inventory and company assets, and conduct routine maintenance of products and equipment.
  • •Explain system capabilities and provide operational instructions to customers.
  • •Use service and installation appointments to generate leads and revenue, including opportunities to purchase additional products and services.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • •Pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements as required by applicable law.
  • •Live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
  • •Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
  • •Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work while climbing ladders and in confined spaces like attics.
