Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise personnel and the production workflow, including safety and quality during the shift.
  • •Train employees (new hires and transfers) and be able to operate all stations for troubleshooting.
  • •Conduct beginning-of-shift/end-of-shift meetings and beginning-of-shift huddles to communicate critical production, quality, safety, and assignment information.
  • •Ensure employees wear correct safety equipment and apply proper quality control techniques throughout the shift.
  • •Allocate staff to areas to meet scheduled jobs and production capacities, and complete end-of-shift production reports and shift performance feedback.

  • •At least 1 year of lead/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
