Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple concurrent capital projects and provide prioritized department and plant support aligned with approved business needs.
  • •Own project safety, scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, and resource plans within delegated authority, escalating variances and obtaining approvals.
  • •Develop and coordinate project documentation, including specifications, estimates, schedules, and reviews for safety, technical, reliability, operability, and quality.
  • •Provide technical guidance to analyze and resolve complex project challenges; establish stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication.
  • •Direct field execution and construction coordination, including work planning, issue resolution, change control, commissioning, and turnover; support RFA documentation and vendor/contractor selection within authority.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an ABET-accredited program.
  • •Minimum five years of industrial capital project experience with direct accountability for scope, budget, schedule, contractor coordination, and field execution.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead and/or work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • •Proficiency applying project management, quality, risk management, change control, and lean methodologies to complex industrial projects.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting technical, commercial, and risk information to executives and operational leaders.
