Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and manage general family medicine patient care, including assessments, reassessments, and diagnosis/treatment within approved clinical privileges.
  • •Conduct rounds and provide high-quality care for inpatients and/or outpatients in line with established best practice.
  • •Regularly review investigation results and modify treatment as required; ensure evidence-based clinical services.
  • •Accurately document clinical information in a clear, timely manner and provide medical case summaries as required.
  • •Coordinate follow-ups and consultations across departments and liaise with multidisciplinary clinical teams and support services; participate in interdisciplinary meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine after qualifying certification.
  • •Completion of residency training in Family Medicine.
  • •Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and evidence-based family medicine practice.
  • •Proficiency documenting clinical information and working with electronic medical record systems.
  • •Completion of Accreditation Process knowledge in acute healthcare facilities (JCI preferred); leadership experience in specialty is preferred.
