Lead Fasset’s operations and growth in Ghana as the in-market face of the stablecoin neobank. Own the Ghana P&L, growth targets, and market strategy, build relationships with partners and financial institutions, and drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. Represent Fasset with regulators and industry bodies while recruiting and managing a local team and sharing market intelligence to HQ.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Fasset’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for Ghana.
•Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.
•Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
•Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Ghana.
•Recruit, manage, and develop a local team including community ambassadors and BD staff.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a country/market lead role, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
•Deep network and understanding of the Ghana financial, tech, or startup ecosystem.
•Track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluency in English; proficiency in local language(s) of Ghana strongly preferred.
