Support In-Store Merchandising by managing vendor contracts, service orders, and purchase orders, and ensuring accurate pricing, quantities, and dates. Key Responsibilities

•Create, maintain, and roll-over year-over-year vendor contracts; create, update, and close service orders for repack production; update purchase orders for red pricing and ensure accuracy of pricing, quantity, and dates.
•Own weekly and monthly Display & Repack reporting, including contracts/service orders, material write-offs and red pricing, sales and inventory vs. forecast, repack budget and sales, customer fill rate, spend and revenue, freight and overhead, display ROI, forecast accuracy, and ad-hoc requests.
•Pull Sauces data (forecasts, shipments, purchase orders) and prepare Taste Elevation Sauces reports; review items and prepare service orders; collaborate with leads and attend weekly merchandising meetings.
•Manage repack commercialization: oversee product changes, commercialize new repack items in the Workflow system, monitor workflow steps to meet deadlines, and ensure IBL extensions and material BOMs are correct in SAP.
•Process repack material write-offs by managing materials, entering and tracking write-offs and invoices in the Write-off Tool, creating and communicating vendor purchase orders, and sending quarterly recap updates.
