Customer Sales Associate

Support customers at Trane Supply stores as a trusted advisor by resolving parts and equipment issues, recommending related products and add-on solutions, and helping customers place orders. You’ll process inquiries and complaints, keep quotes and order management accurate to ensure timely fulfillment, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions. The role includes customer interaction by phone and in person, with help needed for warehouse and inventory tasks.
