  • •Optimize content for ranking in AI engines and visibility on platforms people search inside of, including YouTube and Reddit.
  • •Use first-party data to shape content decisions and identify what to double down on.
  • •Build lightweight tools for content creation and lead capture using AI tools and a hands-on approach.
  • •Track and report on leads, pipeline, and AI-visibility metrics; partner with the technical SEO lead on keyword/topic alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of SEO/content experience in B2B with strong B2B fundamentals.
  • •An AI-first mindset using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity, and ideally experimenting with AI-visibility tools.
  • •Comfort building lightweight tools for content creation and lead capture instead of relying on engineering support.
  • •A commercial mindset focused on leads and pipeline rather than just traffic and rankings.
  • •Strong English writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to own deliverables end to end.
